Daily Itinerary

Day 1

Guests will be greeted with round-trip airport transfers and time to settle into the retreat space. In the evening, we'll meet for a grounding arrival yoga session to release from travel

and connect with the land. Then, we'll gather for our first group dinner, an opening celebration to meet the

group and share the excitement of what the journey has in store.

Day 2

We dive into the local culture with a guided visit to the Phsar Chas Market and the National Museum, exploring Cambodia's rich artistic and spiritual heritage. An evening yoga class invites integration and reflection, followed by dinner on your own.

Day 3

We rise early today for a magical sunrise tour at Angkor Wat, followed by an enriching exploration of Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm. Returning in the early afternoon, you'll have time to rest, book a spa treatment, or take a swim. We'll close the day with a gentle restorative yoga session and a group dinner to reflect on the wonder of the temples.

Day 4

After breakfast, we set out for a step further into Cambodia's ancient past with a serene Grand Circuit Temple tour, including Banteay Prei, Neak Pean's healing waters and Pre Rup. A gentle evening practice helps ground the day's wonders. Then you're free to enjoy the town's vibrant culinary scene at your own pace.

Day 5

Our final full day begins with a traditional blessing from local monks - a heartfelt cultural and spiritual encounter. The rest of the day invites leisure to explore what calls you. A restorative and meditation class will help bring everything into balance before our final group dinner where we will celebrate, connect, and offer deep gratitude for Cambodia.

Day 6

After breakfast, airport transfers will be arranged throughout the morning. As you arrive in Ko Samui Thailand, we'll settle into the new environment with a grounding yoga session in the early evening, followed by a nourishing group dinner to open this next chapter of the journey.

Day 7

We begin our island time with a peaceful morning yoga class. After breakfast, enjoy a spacious day for island exploring, spa treatments, poolside relaxation, or beach walks at your own pace.

Optional 4-hour Ko Samui Tour Add-On - to book CLICK HERE.

Day 8

Start your day with an early breakfast and an optional excursion add-on to Ang Thong National Marine Park - a breathtaking island-hopping experience with crystal waters and towering limestone (lunch included) - to book CLICK HERE.

Otherwise, enjoy a leisure day at your own pace. We will gather late in the evening to practice yoga nidra.

Day 9

Enjoy a free day to rest, explore the village, or indulge in a massage. We gather in the evening for a heart-opening class and a group dinner to celebrate island life and share stories.

Day 10

After breakfast, a visit to a local elephant sanctuary invites connection with these gentle giants in an ethical and meaningful way. Our evening yoga class offers integration and reflection after this special encounter.

Day 11

We open our final full day with a morning yoga practice. After breakfast, explore whatever calls you. In the early evening, we head to the local Night Market at Fisherman's Village for vibrant sights, flavors and shopping. Our journey closes with a final group dinner back at the resort to celebrate connection and grand gratitude for all we've experienced together.

Day 12

As the sun rises on our final morning together, enjoy breakfast and heartfelt farewells. Airport transfers will be organized for your journey onward. With spirits full, we carry the beauty, connection and gratitude into the next chapter of our lives.

No, flights are not included. You will need to book your international and transfer flights independently. However, Zach Newman with Fora Travel can coordinate our group flight from Siem Reap to Ko Samui. He will provide a secure payment link for the internal flight from Siem Reap to Ko Samui. He can also assist with booking international flights. For more information CLICK HERE.
  • How much should I budget for flights?
It depends on where you are traveling from and if you are continuing to travel before or after the retreat. I recommend budgeting between $1200-$2000 per person for all the flights. Most travelers will need to fly to a main destination city like Bangkok or Singapore, then take short flights into Siem Reap and Ko Samui. Zach Newman, with Fora Travel, will be available to assist with all flight bookings. For more information CLICK HERE.
  • Is someone helping to coordinate our flights?
Yes, I recommend booking your flights through Zach Newman with Fora Travel. He’s not only helping to coordinate our group booking for the flights from Siem Reap to Koh Samui, and personally managing my family’s travel to and from Thailand and Cambodia, he’s also the one I trust for all my international trips (including Nepal and India). He’s traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and is a wizard at finding incredible deals on flights, hotel extensions, and tours. He has helped me book flights on luxury airlines without the luxury price tag, and he knows how to elevate the travel experience while staying within budget. He will also ensure coordinated arrivals and departures to make sure you don’t miss any of the retreat! To inquire about flight assistance CLICK HERE. That being said, you are also welcome to book your own flights at your own discretion.
