Reservation bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.  If the room you are requesting is sold out, please feel free to contact Alexandra directly for other options.

 

Each participant is required to register separately.  If wanting to share a room please note the roommate in the registration form.  

 

At the time of booking a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each space.  If sharing a room, each person 12 years+ is required to make the $500 deposit. 

 

Payments for the deposit and the remaining balance can be made via cash, check or Zelle.

If paying by credit card is a necessity, Alexandra will email you a link to do so, but it requires an additional 3% processing fee.

*The initial deposit is due within 72 hours of room availability confirmation and upon receiving the ‘Retreat Registration Confirmation’ email. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, Alexandra Earl reserves the right to cancel the registration. In the case of two or more guests wanting  to book the same room, the guest who puts down the deposit first will be able to book. 

 

Payment Schedule for Remaining Balance:

a) Remaining Balance = room rate per person less deposit ($500) per person. 

b.) Partial Payment or the entire Remaining Balance must be paid on or before December 27, 2024 (120 days before arrival)         

c) Partial Payment: 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than December 27, 2024 (120 days before arrival).

d) Final Payment: final remaining balance is due no later than March 15, 2025 (6 weeks before scheduled arrival).
